Enables the minimum applicable scheduling offset indicator for the DCIs 0_1 and 1_1. This 1-bit indicator is used to determine the minimum applicable K0 for the active DL BWP and the minimum applicable K2 for the active UL BWP. This 1-bit indicator influences the calculation of the PDSCH triggering offsets and A-CSI RS triggering offsets.
