Sets the CQI pattern for the PUCCH. The length of the pattern is determined by the number of CQI bits ([:SOURce<hw>]:BB:EUTRa:UL[:SUBF<st0>]:ALLoc<ch0>:PUCCh:CQI:BITS) .
