Sets the bit pattern For the traffic channels, this value is specific for the selected radio configuration.

cell – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Cell’)
channel – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Dtch’)
