Queries the distribution of packets over time. The signaling pattern is cyclically repeated.

Parameters:: cell – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Cell’)
Returns:: spattern: string A sequence of HARQ-IDs and ‘-’. A HARQ-ID indicates a packet, a ‘-’ indicates no packet.
