Queries the number of conflicts between the DCI formats. To query whether there is a conflict in one particular PDCCH item, use the command [:SOURce<hw>]:BB:EUTRa:DL[:SUBF<st0>]:ENCC:PDCCh:EXTC:ITEM<ch0>:CONFlict?.
