Sets the level value of the points, where the points are designated by the suffix <ch>.
- Parameters:
noisePoint – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Level’)
- Returns:
phasenoise_level: float Range: -199.99 to 0
