Sets the number of sampels in a period (ON time + time, during which the marker signal on the marker output is OFF) for marker RATio.

Parameters:: output – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Output’)
Returns:: off_time: integer Range: 1 to 16777215
