Enables support of divisor 4 for POLL to LISTEN (Bit Rate Capability) .

Parameters:: commandBlock – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Cblock’)
Returns:: ta_dpl_4: 1 | ON | 0| OFF

set(ta_dpl_4: bool, commandBlock=CommandBlock.Default) → None[source]
