Sets the Q-offset.

Parameters:
  • cellNull – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr0 (settable in the interface ‘Cell’)

  • csiRefSignal – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Csirs’)

Returns:

non_zero_pq_offs: -24| -22| -20| -18| -16| -14| -12| -10| -8| -6| -5| -4| -3| -2| -1 | 0| 1 | 2| 3 | 4| 5 | 6| 8 | 10 | 12 | 14 | 16 | 18 | 20 | 22 | 24 Positive values outside the permitted discrete values are rounded down; negative values are rounded up.
