Sets the upper percentage boundary of the persistence spectrum.

Parameters:: window – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Window’)
Returns:: percentage: Statistical frequency percentage. Range: 0.01 to 100, Unit: %
