Queries the actual Doppler shift. For the Pure Doppler and Rice Fading profiles, the actual Doppler shift is a function of the selected ratio of the Doppler shift to the Doppler frequency ([:SOURce<hw>]:FSIMulator:DELay|DEL:GROup<st>:PATH<ch>:FRATio) .
