Parameters:: allocationNull – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr0 (settable in the interface ‘Alloc’)
Returns:: sub_frame_list: ‘SF#, SF#, SF#, SF#…’ String of four comma-separated integer values, indicating subframe numbers
