In TDD mode and if UL/DL Configuration 0 is used, sets the DCI field downlink assignment index (DAI) .

Parameters:: allocationNull – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr0 (settable in the interface ‘Alloc’)
Returns:: dl_assign_index: integer Range: 0 to 3
